Why I teach

I began sharing Mandarin with international friends who were curious about the language. At first, I simply answered their questions and explained the parts they found confusing.

They told me that these explanations helped them understand what they were learning and how to use it. That experience encouraged me to begin teaching Mandarin more seriously.
